Easter Home tour

Hi my lovely blog readers. Today I decided to finally do my Easter home tour as everything is now set up and I've practically finished with this year's décor. I thought id show them and also this is on my you tube channel, if you prefer to check it out that way, i give all information on my items and prices.
We have in my hall way My Easter Wreath from Dumelm and I love this. it was not the kind of wreath I was after, but i saw it and it was very cheap for the design so I though why not. It looks great as you walk in the door.
My bedding so far for this season. My throw I recently bought from Urban Outfitters ended up being reversible to a vintage floral print. I am quite a hater of Floral, but In this case I will left it off with the acception it looks great for Easter!
On the bed I've just put my Easter Pillow I made last year on the bed as accent. it's a little damage as its been in a box in the attic this whole time so Not in it's greatest condition. plus I actually made this out of my scrap fabrics cause i got bored, so It's very roughly done.
I didnt want to put all my stuff up cause it would be to much. but if you want to see everything else, you can check out the video I will post underneath this

Easter Trophy Tree DIY

Back with another Easter DIY project for you guys. If your looking for a really fun simple idea that makes a great addition to your Easter Decorations this year, this is definately a fun project to work on. It will take more patience that the difficult it might appear to be.

Level- Easy

Supplies you need
Speckled Eggs
Hot glue gun
Plant pot
Wooden spoon
Ribbon
Easter Grass
Sphere Ball
Wet foam Brick

I start by Taken my Wooden spoon and painting a long the stem a brown shade so it appears to look like a tree stub and I just messed around with the tones to my desired result, you can paint this any color you want.
these are just the colors of my supplies what i picked out from Hobbycraft which were on a 2 for the price of 3 deal so I got green and pink eggs and the green ribbon which i think are very vibrant and stand out.
I got this metal Plant pot from Ikea for £1.00 and i think it really make the tree look more sorted to my project but you could get really colorful tins also from ikea which will also look great for this project.then after your wooden spoon dry's, take your foam brick and slowly put the top on the spoon into the foam so it supports the stick and glue down to the pot so its stable and holds the weight of your ball which we will add now.
then I slowly added the foam sphere to the top of the wooden spoon and glue it down so its not loose and it stay supported and you will put a lot of pressure on it while glueing your eggs to it later.
Now you can begin glueing the eggs on your foam Sphere. I started adding then randomly but changed my mind and just arranged them by row in the end, i think its look neater that way and you will have no gaps between them.
I then went around in all the open spaces and added moss so that it fills out the ball and looks more natural
and there you have it a Easter Throphy tree

Spring Tassel Garland

Spring is Among us and I love this time of year because it means Easter is on its way and it's one of my favourite holidays. I love the Autumn time, but Spring has this beautiful vibe full of bright and floral feeling's
as always I'm contantly adding new idea's to my Easter Decorations, specially now I have a new place to myself to do as I please. and I've seen these go around on Pinterest which inspired me. Such a cheap but effective idea to decorate your home in any country.

Supplies you will need
Tape
Spring
Paper tissue
Floral wire
Scissors
These were all Purchased from Poundland which have a great collection for Easter!
Then all you do is take a piece of your tissue paper and fold it in half and cut strips, but leave the fold un cut so there seamed together.
After you have done that, you take your tissue paper and roll at the top so they become gathered.

Cut your floral wire to it fits both side, and tape them on both sides so it creates a loop at the top. Then you want to threat it through the string and tighten the floral wire in the space you want it to hold on your Garland.

And there you have your beautiful Spring Garland ready to display.

13th March was my youngest sisters Birthday and she came down to London to visit me. as she lives so far from me we rarely see one another. so it was really nice to catch up and be able to spend her Birthday together. We ended up going to Legoland which was her first time ever going there. It was such a nice day, sun was shining and we had so much fun as a family. The park was empty as it was the first day open which made the day better cause we were able to get on many more rides.
